3D scanning, 3D printing and thermoforming

We use the same equipment to design and make parts for our own Kangoos. Now we can do it for you too — from scanning an object, through design, to a finished 3D-printed or thermoformed part.

What we do

3D scanning

We turn an existing object into an accurate 3D model. We scan objects from 100 × 100 × 100 mm to 3 × 3 × 6 m — from a small part to a whole car.

3D design (CAD)

We design a part from scratch — from a sketch, photos, measurements or a scan. We can also fix your existing model and prepare it for printing.

FDM 3D printing

Strong functional parts, brackets, housings and prototypes. Materials: PLA, ABS, TPU (flexible) and PA (nylon). Build volume 250 × 250 × 250 mm.

Resin printing

Fine detail and a smooth surface — small parts, models and elements with intricate geometry. Build volume 300 × 160 × 300 mm.

Thermoforming

We form parts from ABS, PETG, HIPS, acrylic (PMMA) and PP sheets — e.g. covers, interior panels, housings and trays. Sheet thickness is chosen to suit the job. Forming area up to 1500 × 2000 mm. We also make the moulds, including 3D-printed ones.

From scan to finished part

We combine our services: scan → design → print or thermoforming mould. One contact and one order instead of several companies.

3D scanning the front of a Renault Kangoo — the model becomes the design for a new part.

Thermoforming — a finished part straight off the mould.

Our experience

We've worked for the aviation industry

We have carried out work for the aviation industry — 3D scanning and design projects for several helicopter models by Eurocopter, including the EC130. Working in aviation, where every millimetre counts, has had a big impact on how we've grown: it taught us precision, patience and careful checking at every stage.

We bring the same approach to every job today — whether we're scanning a whole car or a small part that needs to be recreated.

How it works

1. Get in touch

Send us photos, dimensions or a file (STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF) — or bring the object in for scanning.

2. Quote

We choose the technology and material. You get a quote and a date before we start.

3. Production

We scan, design, print or form. We show you the model before production.

4. Collection

Collect your parts in Racławice or we ship them by courier.

What it's useful for

  • spare parts you can no longer buy,
  • brackets, mounts and camper fittings,
  • thermoformed covers, interior panels, housings and trays,
  • prototypes and short runs,
  • models, mock-ups and replicas of existing objects.

Questions

How much does it cost?

Every order is quoted individually — it depends on size, material and quantity. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a price and a date.

Which files do you accept?

STL, STEP, OBJ and 3MF. No file? Photos with dimensions, or the object itself, are enough.

Can you make a part from a broken original?

Yes. We scan or measure the original, fix the model and make a new part.

Is this only for Kangoo owners?

No. Our 3D studio is open to everyone — businesses, workshops and hobbyists.
